What is an estate plan? An estate plan addresses what will happen when a person becomes incapacitated or dies and typically includes the following:

Last Will and Testament

A will contains instructions on what to do with your assets (such as homes, cars, etc.) after death.

Revocable Trust

A trust contains instructions on how to manage your assets while you are alive and also how to distribute your assets after death.

Advance Health Care Directive

An advance health care directive contains instructions for medical care should you become incapacitated.

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney names a trusted individual to handle your financial affairs if you are unable to manage them.

* Does not include federal estate tax planning. Fees are based on standard packages. Complex situations may require additional fees.
