Estate Planning - Wills and Trusts

Whether you are starting your estate planning process, updating an existing trust or will, or have concerns about providing for young children or other loved ones, we can help.

What is an estate plan? An estate plan addresses what will happen when a person becomes incapacitated or dies.  This typically includes the following:

A will (or a trust) which contains instructions on what to do with a person’s assets (such as homes, cars, investments, savings, and personal belongings) after he or she dies;

An advance health care directive which contains instructions for care if a person becomes disabled before he or she dies;

Provisions naming a guardian for minor children, if applicable;

A power of attorney naming a trusted individual to handle financial affairs for a person who is unable to handle such matters.

Please call to discuss your specific concerns and possible options.
